Emergency ESD

PNEUMOIDRAULICA ENGINEERING designs, manufactures and installs many kinds of Emergency Shut-
Down system (ESD) for Oil & Gas.

The ESD is a hydraulic or pneumatic system connected to the fusible plugs network and interfaced directly to the general well head control panel (WHCP). In case a fire is detected this system allows the operator to quickly depressurize the fusible plugs network thus activating the ESD automatic sequence providing security for the entire system. Such systems must be easily visible and operable after breaking of the security protection to avoid inadvertent activation.
