PNEUMOIDRAULICA ENGINEERING designs and realizes chemicals injection systems for Oil & Gas application. Each system is customized according to the customer technical specification.

- Components layout carefully studied to facilitate the control, checking and maintenance operations
- Executions in AISI316 stainless steel (even varnished)
- Double ferrule compression fittings
- Imperial or Inch Tubing (according to ASTM A-269)
- Local and remote control via interface with PLC / DCS / SCADA
- EEx-ia / EEx-d execution
- Chemicals: methanol, glycol, anti asphaltene, etc.
- Operation by electric or pneumatic pumps
- Max injection pressure: 700 bar
- Nameplates and documentation in Italian or English
- Certification according to PED / ASME / ATEX / IECEx
